Our stay at this hotel was wonderfully luxurious. the exclusive amenities fully met our needs, from the beautiful swimming pool to the stunning beachfront. the Spa & Wellness Centre provided a relaxing escape, complete with saunas and Jacuzzis. We especially enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast, dinner, and catering services.
The only minor drawback we experienced was with the coffee/tea in the lobby.
It would have been nice to have more options available.

Neat hotel with extraordinary service-minded staff and beautiful location. Our room was classic double, flawless service. The breakfast was hot and you could choose from fruit, eggs, yogurt and coffee. We loved the public beach near our property. Exotic hotel, 0.5 miles from Cozumel airport.

Complementary breakfast and gorgeous ocean view from the room. The hotel was located very close to the pier, making it convenient for us to go on diving trips. We also enjoyed the 24-hour convenience store nearby, which was a lifesaver on New Year's Eve.
The room was not as clean as we expected it to be and the bed was uncomfortable.
The front desk staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in answering our questions.

The food and staff are good. If you like the beach area, then it would be a fine base for you. Within a walking distance of la palapa di pasta roo, where you can have lunch. We would love to come back, our experience was incredible.

The room was brand-new and well-appointed, included with a sumptuous King bed, a great view that had clearly been refurbished, a huge private patio overlooking the pool.
